A photo has appeared online showing what the first school in temporarily occupied Kakhovka looks like.
The photo was published by social media users.
The building has suffered serious damage. The central part of the two-story building is practically destroyed: the roof has collapsed, the floors have fallen in, and fragments of wooden beams and structures are visible. Some of the walls have crumbled, and piles of bricks lie around.

The windows are smashed, the frames are damaged. The left wing of the building was also affected — visible cracks, deformed walls and destroyed sections of the roof.
The area in front of the school is neglected: the asphalt is cracked, in places overgrown with grass, and debris is scattered around. Overall the building looks abandoned and unfit for use.
Note that since February 24, 2022 the city has been temporarily occupied by Russian military forces.
Earlier, OVA head Oleksandr Prokudin estimated the number of residents of the TOT of Kherson Oblast at a “very-very” approximate 150,000 people.
