Reminder: the city of Hola Prystan has been occupied by Russian forces since February 24, 2022.
Hola Prystan, together with Oleshky and several other settlements on the left bank of the Kherson region, was perhaps the hardest hit by flooding following the Russians’ blowing up of the Kakhovka HPP in June 2023. According to the Russians, more than 60 people died as a result of the flood on the left bank of Kherson region.
