Charitable foundation “Ob’yednannya” with the consent of the Kherson City Military Administration has developed a step-by-step algorithm of actions after a Russian shelling

The booklet gathers a step-by-step action plan, important contacts, and tips for documenting Russian shelling.
- Call the police at 102 to record the shelling and for future compensation for damages;
- Take photos and videos of the aftermath, which will serve as evidence of the shelling;
- Call an “ambulance” or, if possible, go to a medical facility on your own;
- Submit a damage report through the “Diia” app or at the CNAP at the number: 050 315 75 98
Printed copies will soon be handed over to representatives of the administration, police, condominium associations (OSBB) and NGOs working in Kherson. You can download the electronic version of the booklet here.
