From 4 May to 3 June, public consultations will be held regarding the establishment of commemorative dates related to the resistance of Kherson residents against Russian occupiers during the full-scale invasion.
This was announced by the Kherson City Military Administration.

Kherson residents are asked to agree or disagree that the Day of Commemoration of the Fallen Defenders of Kherson — the Heroes of Buzkovyi Hai — will be observed on 1 March.
They are also asked to choose a date for the Day of Resistance against the Russian occupiers:
- 5 March;
- 13 March;
- another option.
The last question: “Do you support establishing 11 November as the Day of Liberation of the hero city of Kherson from the Russian occupiers?”.
Recall that Ukrainians convicted in the Russian Federation on political grounds increasingly often are not released even after completing their prison terms.
