The Kherson Regional Employment Center concluded a direct agreement for the renovation of a restroom in its administrative building.
As stated on Prozorro, repair work in the first-floor room will be carried out by local entrepreneur Svitlana Chekmazova.
According to the YouControl analytical system, Svitlana Chekmazova registered as a sole proprietor (FOP) in April 2024.
Until that time she had not participated in tenders, and the contract from the regional employment center was her debut.
According to the contract, the contractor must completely redo the suspended ceiling, replace the doors, lay new tiles, and also install modern plumbing fixtures, including a boiler, a urinal and a fold-down changing table.
The total cost of the work will be 199,965 hryvnias.
In addition, the accompanying documents state that the agreement was concluded without holding open tenders in the Prozorro system. The institution’s management explained this by martial law and by the fact that Kherson is officially listed among territories of active hostilities, which allows contracts to be concluded directly to quickly meet urgent needs.
