Kherson City Court granted the claim of MKP “VUVKG of the city of Kherson” for the recovery of arrears for water supply and wastewater services from 14 residents of one of the city’s buildings.
This is stated in the court decision.
The debt accumulated up to September 1, 2021. The company applied to the court back in October 2021, however the proceedings were suspended after the start of the full-scale invasion and resumed in June 2023.
The court considered the case in simplified proceedings and issued a default judgment because the defendants did not appear. Each of them was ordered to pay 6 967,51 UAH in debt and 162,14 UAH in court fees.
The total amount of the debt is 97 545,10 UAH, the court fee – 2 270 UAH.
