On January 1, 2026, the Kherson City Court of Kherson Oblast will operate remotely due to the risk of artillery and missile shelling.
This was reported on the court’s social media.
It is noted that the filing of applications, motions, requests and other procedural documents, as well as obtaining information about the status of case review, will be carried out using electronic means of communication. In particular, via email, the subsystem “Electronic Court” and the web portal “Judicial Authority”.
At the same time, from 08:00 to 17:00, applications and motions may also be submitted directly at the court premises – through a special drop box, as well as on the court’s official page on the web portal “Judicial Authority”.
In normal operation, the court will handle urgent cases and cases related to the detention of persons in custody.
