Kherson City Court will temporarily hold court hearings only in urgent proceedings due to damage to the building caused by a Russian attack.
This was reported on the judiciary’s social media.
It is noted that the restrictions will remain in effect until the consequences of the building damage are addressed.
The urgency level of each court case will be determined individually by the judge.
The resumption of the court’s normal operations will be announced separately.
Recall, on July 1 Russian forces attacked the court building with an attack drone. As a result of the attack, a woman was killed and more than 10 other people were injured.
