The Kherson Court of Appeal purchased nine gaming laptops for a total of UAH 448,000.
As stated on Prozorro, the court concluded a contract with an entrepreneur from the city of Samar in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Yuliia Shulhina.
She is to deliver nine Asus TUF Gaming F17 laptops complete with an Esperanza Titanum TM105 wireless mouse, Windows 11 Pro and Microsoft Office Home and Business 2024.

Note that the specified laptop model is indeed gaming, as emphasized by the word “gaming” in the name. That means they have a powerful graphics card, increased RAM, effective cooling, etc. Such laptops are suitable not only for games but also for video editing, 3D, and programming, as they have good performance.
One such laptop currently costs about UAH 40,000 in retail stores.

According to the YouControl business analytics system, Yuliia Shulhina registered as a sole proprietor (FOP) only 8 months ago – in March of this year.
Her main type of activity is “Other retail sale in non-specialized stores”, and over 20 other KVEDs ranging from computer repair to photocopying.
Interestingly, when registering her FOP, Yuliia Shulhina provided not her own phone number but a number that belongs to Dmytro Vasyuta. That’s how he is listed by users.

At the same time, the number is not registered on any messaging app, which is very strange, since entrepreneurs now try to have as many channels as possible to communicate with potential customers.
Also note that before receiving the order from the Kherson Court of Appeal, Shulhina received a contract from the Chernivtsi Regional Hospital for War Veterans to supply an unknown multifunctional device worth UAH 40,000. Unknown because neither a detailed description nor a contract for this procurement is available on Prozorro.
