The female students of Kherson Children’s and Youth Club of Physical Training No. 5 won 35 prize places at the WOW Dance Championship contemporary dance competition held in Cherkasy.
This was reported by the Kherson City Military Administration.
The young dancers demonstrated a high level of preparation and stage mastery. As a result of the performances, the Kherson dancers won 20 first, 11 second and 4 third places in various categories.
In particular, first places were won by Zlata Martiyan, Milana Balan, Yelyzaveta Revenko, Alina Sonko, Kateryna Danilina, Vitalina Chukhrai, Sofia Krysenko, Sofia Bondarchuk, Tetyana Berzan, Varvara Dotsenko and Polina Khvostenko. A prize place was also taken by Diana Kiyan.
The athletes train under the guidance of Tetyana Mayevska.
Recall, a student of the Kherson lyceum became a medalist of the championship of Ukraine in taekwondo.
