The Kherson Regional Municipal Emergency Rescue Service ordered a new KIA Sportage crossover in Prestige trim.
As indicated on Prozorro, the purchase was made without using the electronic system, taking advantage of the right to conclude direct contracts during the martial law period.
According to the published documents, the cost of the car together with additional equipment amounts to 1,443,960 UAH.
The supplier was LLC “Ukrainian Automobile Corporation” represented by the branch “Ukravto Blitz”, which is registered in Kyiv. Last year the company frequently supplied vehicles and spare parts to military units and municipal institutions in various regions of Ukraine.
The crossover chosen by HOKARS is equipped with a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine and an automatic transmission. In addition to the basic equipment, the contract price includes additional equipment: a set of winter tires, rubber mats for the cabin and trunk, window tinting, an engine sump guard, etc.
The documents emphasize that the vehicle must be new, without signs of use or repair. It was to be delivered to the customer by December 26, 2025.
