Swimming competitions took place in the Lviv region, featuring athletes from ten regions of the country. Kherson Oblast was represented by two athletes of the regional division of the Special Olympics. The athletes won four awards: two gold, one silver and one bronze medal.

Ivan Pylypenko won two victories in Division A, taking first places in the 25 and 50 meter breaststroke events.
Taras Zilinsky became the silver medalist in the 25-meter breaststroke and won “bronze” in the 50-meter freestyle.
Recall, Kherson female track and field athletes became winners at the Ukrainian Championships.
