Athletes from Kherson region Tetyana Nasonova and her student Anastasia Kasyanenko became winners at the Ukrainian indoor athletics championships among adults and youth.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
In the shot put, Tetyana Nasonova recorded a result of 13.96 meters, which earned her the bronze medal among women.
Anastasia Kasyanenko set a personal record — 13.58 meters. She placed fourth among women and won “silver” among youth.
Earlier it was reported that Honored Master of Sports Andriy Kucherenko from Kherson region won first place at the Ukrainian combat sambo championships.
