A student of Kherson Children’s and Youth Sports School No. 6, Angelina Mishchanynets, won a gold medal at the Ukrainian Muay Thai boxing championship.
This was reported by the Kherson City Military Administration.
The competition took place in Dnipro. Angelina competed in the 54 kg weight category among girls aged 16–17.
The athlete is coached by Eduard Levandovskyi.
Notably, the students of Kherson Children’s and Youth Club No. 4 of Physical Training won 14 awards at the Mykolaiv Open Cup in contact karate “Battle for Mykolaiv”.
