The Department of Humanitarian Policy of the Kherson Regional State Administration purchased 33 men’s khaki embroidered shirts of various sizes for 29 325 hryvnias.
On December 12, 2025 the department signed a contract with individual entrepreneur Hontar Alona Oleksandrivna from the Poltava region.
Accordingly, one embroidered shirt cost about 888 hryvnias.
The individual entrepreneur Hontar was established in August 2025 in the city of Horishni Plavni. The main type of activity is retail trade via the internet and mail orders. This is the first government contract for this entrepreneur.
