This year the Kherson Regional Clinical Hospital will spend 1 734 742 hryvnias on security services.
As indicated on Prozorro, the hospital signed a contract with LLC “ALYANS TAVRIYA”, which belongs to Kherson entrepreneur Andriy Lukianets.
The agreement provides for a combination of the physical presence of guards at posts and technical monitoring using an alarm system. The main hospital buildings in Kherson will be under protection.
Guards will work at the entrance gates and checkpoints, ensuring access control and visual perimeter surveillance.
The contract is valid until the end of 2026.
Note that last year LLC “ALYANS TAVRIYA” also guarded the Kherson Regional Clinical Hospital. Since then, the cost of security services has practically not changed.
Earlier we wrote that for healthcare in the Kherson community’s 2026 budget almost 64 million hryvnias were allocated.
