A number of additional companies and sole proprietors in the Kherson community were exempted from paying land tax for 2023.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson MVA Yaroslav Shanko.
The 100% exemptions are related to the fact that the land plots are considered unfit for use due to the risk of contamination by explosive objects. All of them are located in Kherson and Zelenivka.
The list includes, in particular, MKP “Khersonteploenergo”, the subsidiary company supplying liquefied gas “Gazpostach” and others.
Recall, in November 2025 it became known that Shanko granted individual 100% land exemptions for 2023 to the former head of the state concern “Ukroboronprom”, Roman Romanov, who now lives in the USA.
