Kherson City Military Administration handed over a Hyundai Terracan SUV for repair.
As indicated on Prozorro, 63,178 UAH will be paid from the local budget to bring the vehicle into working order.
The work will be carried out by Kherson LLC “Autocenter “Ampir””, which was supposed to complete the work by December 26.
The city military administration’s vehicle was to have its shock absorbers, brake pads and handbrake cables replaced, and the starter and electrical wiring will also be repaired. The most expensive part on the list was the engine mount, which together with installation costs more than 10,000 UAH.
According to the analytical system YouControl, LLC “Autocenter “Ampir”” was established in 2023. The company belongs to Kherson residents Yevhen Nazarov and Oleksandr Kuzmin.
Yevhen Nazarov is also registered as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) and independently participates in tenders from Kherson budgetary institutions.
In addition, he is the director of LLC “Ampir”. The founder of this company is JSC “Seta Tarim Uryunleri Anonim Sirketi”, registered in Turkey, and Turkish citizen Chogendez Mustafa Tunch.
He is listed as a beneficiary of the grain-processing enterprise “Zerno Tavriya”, which is currently under temporary occupation, and as a beneficiary of LLC TD “Ukraina”, which previously shared phone numbers with companies that belonged to Kherson’s mayor Ihor Kolykhaiev, who was kidnapped by the Russians.
