The head of Kherson’s Military-Civil Administration, Yaroslav Shanko, allowed the municipal enterprise “Kherson Parks” to write off a truck from the balance sheet.
Shanko’s corresponding order was published on the city council’s website.
It concerns an IVECO truck equipped with a 2024-model crane-manipulator, which cost 9.5 million UAH.
The decision to liquidate the asset is based on a request from the enterprise’s director and the approval of the relevant Department of Municipal Economy.
The city authorities have obliged the municipal workers to use the remaining equipment efficiently: all serviceable parts and units must be used to repair other vehicles of the enterprise. Items that are beyond repair will be delivered as scrap metal to specialized facilities. The money earned from the scrap will remain at the disposal of “Kherson Parks”. It is planned to spend it on organizing dismantling and transportation work.
Today, Russian forces once again shelled the territory of one of the municipal enterprises in Kherson. As a result of the attack, a company vehicle was damaged.
