Kherson Oblast has been included among the regions most affected by the Russian Federation’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
According to the Ministry of Health, as a result of shelling and combat operations 327 medical facilities have been completely destroyed. The greatest damage was suffered by medical institutions in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Mykolaiv oblasts.
Information about medical facilities in temporarily occupied territories is currently limited due to the lack of confirmed data.
At the same time, 703 facilities have already been fully restored, and another 325 partially. Sixty-five facilities that had previously been rebuilt have been damaged again. Mostly these are medical facilities in de-occupied territories or those that suffered minor damage, the Ministry of Health noted.
