A pupil of Kherson Children and Youth Physical Training Club No. 5, Mykyta Furik, became the winner of the Open Ukrainian Cup in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
The competition took place in Kyiv and brought together athletes from various regions of Ukraine.
The Kherson native took first place in the weight category up to 77 kg.
The athlete was trained by coach Yehor Lebid.
