A Kherson resident created an illegal security organization in the temporarily occupied left-bank area of the region.
As became known from Russian registers, on September 29 a private security organization “KAZAK” was registered in Henichesk (rus, – LLC “CHOO”Kazak”). Its founder and director became Oleg Pyasetsky.
According to the business analytics system YouControl, in 2019 Pyasetsky became a co-founder of the Kherson LLC “Diving Support and Assistance of Ukraine”, which was engaged in the repair and technical maintenance of ships and boats. He is still listed as the manager of this company.
After the start of the full-scale invasion, Pyasetsky began cooperating with the occupying authorities, obtained a Russian passport and received the position of deputy director for security of the “Pallada” plant, which was seized by the Russians.
In 2022 he even enrolled in the so-called Kherson State University in the faculty of public administration, which the occupiers created on the basis of the eponymous Kherson higher education institution.
On the eve of the de-occupation of the right bank, Pyasetsky moved to the left bank of the Kherson region and remained living in Henichesk, where he created his own security firm.
Recall, in the summer the Security Service of Ukraine in absentia announced suspicions of aiding the Russian Federation to three Ukrainian citizens who in 2022 held positions at the illegally created by the occupiers “Pallada” plant in Kherson, however Pyasetsky was not among the suspects.
