The Kherson community received humanitarian aid from Taiwan — a diesel generator that will be handed over to the city water utility to ensure uninterrupted water supply during blackouts.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
According to him, such equipment will allow powering the pumping equipment at the artesian well, maintaining the necessary pressure in the network even in the event of a full blackout.
“For frontline Kherson, the autonomy of water supply facilities is a matter of the city’s stability. It is precisely such assistance that makes it possible to provide people with water despite constant attacks on the power system,” the statement says.
Earlier we wrote that into Kherson’s municipal ownership a generator was accepted from the USA.
