The Kherson MVA accepted into communal ownership gas modular block boiler houses and accompanying materials provided as international technical assistance from the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH.
The document provides for establishing a usufruct right to this property for the municipal enterprise “Khersonteploenergo”.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
Among the accepted property are mobile boiler houses with capacities of 2 MW and 1 MW, immersion temperature sensors, ignition and ionization electrodes, cables, reagents and other accessories.
The total value of the transferred equipment excluding VAT is UAH 39.17 million.
A commission led by the deputy mayor of Kherson, Vitaliy Petryk, was created to oversee the acceptance of the property.
The commission included Dmytro Kalyuzhnyi, director of the Department of Urban Economy; Tamara Babkinis, director of the Department for the Development of Communal Property Facilities; and Anton Maksymovych, director of “Khersonteploenergo”.
Earlier it was reported that a land plot was transferred to permanent use to the municipal enterprise “Khersonteploenergo”.
It was previously reported that in Kherson the heat networks are 85% worn out, and due to damage and the impossibility of safe operation, 11 boiler houses in the city were unable to start operating.
