The so‑called governor of the temporarily occupied Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, has a new deputy. He is Vasyl Milyukov, an employee of the Russian FSB.
Judging by updates on the occupation administration’s website, Milyukov was appointed Saldo’s deputy not long ago, since a photo has not even been added to his profile yet. There are also no mentions of him in media under their control.

According to the business connections system YouControl.World, last year Vasyl Milyukov was the head of the so‑called Ministry of Justice department for the “DPR”.

He also previously worked in the Border Directorate of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in the Amur region.
Recall, earlier this year Saldo’s former so‑called first deputy Ihor Chahaiev left. After that, Pavlo Shuvalkin became the first deputy, who also previously worked in the FSB of the Russian Federation.
