The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, since the beginning of 2026 has made two foreign official business trips – a joint one to France and Germany, and a separate one to Poland. He also traveled on official business within Ukraine eleven times.
This is stated in the Kherson Regional Military Administration’s response to an information request from MOST.
Specifically, from February 9 to 18 Prokudin was in France and also in Germany, where he signed a joint declaration with the Brittany region, took part in the Munich Security Conference and a crisis management forum.
As noted in the response to the request, no funds from the regional budget were spent on this trip. All expenses from February 9 to 11 in France were covered by the host party, and the remainder of the trip was at the official’s own expense.
Another foreign business trip took place June 23–27 to Poland to participate in the forum “Unbreakable Ukraine” and the Conference on Ukraine’s Recovery. Travel and accommodation expenses on June 23–24 were covered by the host party, and the rest of the costs were paid by the head of the RMA himself.
In addition, during January–July 2026 Oleksandr Prokudin made 11 trips within Ukraine — to Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Odesa, Uzhhorod, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv. Budget funds to cover expenses related to these trips were not used, and the trips were made at the official’s own expense.
Overall, no hryvnia from the regional budget was spent this year on the Kherson RMA head’s foreign and domestic business trips.
Also, as indicated in the response to the request, during the period from January 1 to July 10, 2026 the head of the RMA did not take any leave — neither annual main, additional, nor social.
