The only pedestrian street of Kherson was once, before the construction of large shopping malls in the city, the favorite place of recreation for Kherson residents, their pride and a symbol of the city.
Today the Russian army, with drone attacks and artillery shelling, is gradually turning the street into ruins.

The street was recently renamed, but Kherson residents still affectionately call it “Surik”.

During their retreat from Kherson the Russians stole the bust of Suvorov. Suvorov’s “house” remained, and is gradually being destroyed by the Russians as well.

The street is almost empty – only locals continue to live there. You can still encounter feral animals there.

The street of shattered houses and wooden windows.

Some of the houses are simply burned.

Municipal workers almost never come here because this is already a very dangerous zone.

Almost all the shops are closed.

There will be burgers, but only after Victory.

A silent witness to Russian crimes – the monument to Anatoliy Malyshevskyi.

The once-popular but now ruined Parus department store.
