The so-called head of the illegal Kherson City Court, Oleksandr Tsvietkov, received a sentence for collaborationism.

According to CHESNO, Oleksandr Tsvetkov went into cooperation with the Russian Federation after the annexation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in March 2014. He became a judge in the Kerch City Court, and his deputy was the judge of the Kyiv District Court of the city of Simferopol, Viktor Mozhelyansky.
Later Tsvietkov was appointed head of the illegal Kherson City Court. In June 2023 the occupiers removed him from the post and appointed to run the pseudo-institution the judge of the Suksunsky District Court of Perm Krai Serhii Rusu.
On November 19, 2025, Oleksandr Tsvietkov was sentenced under the Criminal Code of Ukraine for collaborationist activity. Namely, the voluntary assumption by a citizen of Ukraine of a position in illegal judicial or law enforcement bodies created on temporarily occupied territory. The punishment provides for up to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.
