Former adviser to the man accused in the death of Kateryna Handziuk former head of the Kherson Regional Council Vladyslav Manger Oksana Stogniy is applying for the position of head of the department for maintaining the State Voter Register of the Kherson RDA apparatus.
This was revealed in her declaration submitted as an applicant for the position.
Prior to that, Stogniy worked in the Kherson regional organization of the Servant of the People party.
Recall, in 2015 she was elected as a deputy to the Kherson Regional Council of the VII convocation (2015-2020) from the political party “Ukrainian Association of Patriots – UKROP”.
Until March 2017 she was the head of the party faction in the Kherson Regional Council, then in that position was replaced by deputy Oleksandr Shumey.
Oksana Stogniy worked for Manger since 2016. Since 2018, all her activity was focused in the defense of the masterminds and organizers of the murder of Kateryna Handziuk.
In 2025 she joined the team of MP Serhiy Kozyr.
