The head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko, appointed his former adviser Oleksandr Belov as director of the Department of External Communications and Interaction with Media of the Kherson City Council.
The corresponding personnel changes were published on the Kherson City Council website.
Recall, Oleksandr Belov – the former general producer of the Rada TV channel.
Belov worked at the channel in 2021. Exactly during the period when the parliamentary channel of the Office of the President was effectively handed over to the management of the shadow political technologist Volodymyr Petrov.
It was during Belov’s leadership that Petrov became a presenter of the channel, which sparked a huge scandal in the media.
At the same time, the channel’s funding was significantly increased and it effectively turned into a news channel, copying the editorial policy of commercial channels.
He then served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as photos on his Facebook indicate.
Over the years, Belov worked at the TVi channel, was chief editor at StarLightMedia, and headed the press service of Kyivvodokanal.
In September of last year he became an adviser to the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
