Former head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Yuriy Husiev and his wife Olha decided not to divorce after a year-long court process.
Husiev announced this on his Facebook page.
According to him, after rethinking and a joint search for a solution, the couple decided to keep their family together.
“After more than a year of court proceedings, lengthy conversations, rethinking and a joint search for a solution, Olha and I decided to keep our family and continue life’s journey together — as husband and wife, as a family”, — Husiev wrote.
It should be noted that Yuriy and Olha Husiev tried to divorce three times.
The first divorce petition was filed to the court by Husiev himself back in 2023. He filed the second petition in January 2025, but both were left without consideration.
In May 2025 the divorce petition was filed by Olha Husiev, but on July 2 the court left the case without consideration after the plaintiff’s side asked not to continue the process.
