Former deputy of the Kherson Regional Council from the OPZZh party Volodymyr Senyk, who was previously detained on suspicion of extortion and receiving a bribe in the amount of 10 thousand hryvnias, resigned from the position of deputy head of the housing and communal services department of the city of Pivdenne, Odesa region.
Information about the dismissal became known from his declaration.
During his time in the position he declared 288,422 hryvnias of salary.
To the position in Pivdenne in the Odesa region Senyk was appointed on February 24, 2025.
Recall that in spring 2024 Senyk took a job as deputy director of the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Service “Khmelnytskyi”» in Odesa.
Earlier he worked as head of the trolleybus depot at the municipal enterprise “Odesmiskelektrotrans”.
In 2015 he ran for the Kherson City Council from the “Opposition Bloc”. That same year he was elected to the Dnipro District Council in the city of Kherson from “Oppoblock”.
In 2017 Senyk worked as head of service at the municipal enterprise “Khersonelektrotrans”.
In 2020 he was elected to the Kherson district and regional councils from “OPZZh”. That same year Volodymyr Senyk worked as deputy director of the municipal enterprise “Khersonelektrotrans”.
On July 4, 2025 Senyk was detained on suspicion of extortion and receiving a bribe of 10 thousand hryvnias from the chairman of the board of one of the homeowners’ associations (OSBB).
