In September 2024 the occupation administration appointed her as head of the resort village Zalizny Port.
Also, according to law enforcement, during 2024 and early 2025 Nedyalkova regularly visited the villages of Chulakivka, Dobropillia and Novosofiivka. Under the guise of distributing humanitarian aid, handing out New Year’s gifts to children in schools and discussing repairs in kindergartens, she was engaged in imposing Russian narratives. She paid special attention to cooperation with the veterans’ organization “Combat Brotherhood”, using Soviet ideological symbols to build loyalty among pensioners and young people.
