The wife of the head of the Vysokopil SVA, Kostiantyn Starodumov, Anna Merezhko, purchased a Lexus last year.
This is stated in Starodumov’s declaration for 2025.
The value of the 2010 Lexus RX 350 is not specified, however, according to market data from March 2026, such a car costs on average from 680 000 to 750 000 hryvnias.
Anna Merezhko – an entrepreneur. Last year she received income from entrepreneurial activity – including from LLC “TM Restaurant Plus”, but its amount is not specified.
Kostiantyn Starodumov himself earned 903 159 UAH in 2025 in his position as head of the Vysokopil SVA.
Recall that Kostiantyn Starodumov was appointed head of the Vysokopil SVA in September 2023.
In 2015 he worked as the director of an arts studio in Kyiv, later as an art director and marketer at a Kyiv restaurant.
In 2016 he took a position as a methodologist at the Kherson interschool educational and production complex, and in 2017 he became a co-owner of a restaurant complex in Kherson.
