The wife of the former head of the State Institution “Northern Correctional Colony No. 90” in Kherson, Serhii Naprasnikov, Marina, purchased an apartment in Odesa last year.
This became known from his declaration posted in the NACP register.
An apartment of 44.4 sq.m was bought by Marina Naprasnikova, as indicated in the declaration, for 1 595 674.
In addition, the family owns an apartment in occupied Luhansk, an apartment in Odesa purchased in 2022, and a plot of land in the Luhansk region.
Recall, Serhii Naprasnikov held the position of head of Colony No. 90 from February 2023 to April 2025. Before that, the colony was headed by Denys Sementsov, who received the position in July 2022, after it became known that the previous head of the colony, Yevhen Soboliev, was cooperating with the occupiers. In 2024, Soboliev was sentenced in absentia to a life sentence for state treason.
