In the Kherson region, the volume of state support for farmers has been increased, in particular compensation for land reclamation and agricultural machinery has been raised.
This is reported on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In particular, for frontline regions, which include Kherson, compensation for land reclamation has increased from 50% to 80% — up to 26,500 hryvnias per hectare.
The state also reimburses up to 50% of the cost of farm construction and reconstruction.
Compensation for lost crops is also provided, with priority given to frontline oblasts, including Kherson.
In addition, farmers in frontline territories will be reimbursed up to 40% of the cost of agricultural machinery.
Separately, the state will cover 100% of the cost of demining agricultural land.
Reminder: the Verkhovna Rada will consider draft law No.15123, aimed at reducing the tax burden on farmers in frontline territories.
