The director of illegally established dolphinariums in Kyrylivka and Henicheska Hirka, Dmytro Frolov, has been notified of suspicion of collaborationist activity.
This was reported by «IRS-Pivden» citing the text of the suspicion.
According to the investigation, in the summer of 2023 Frolov illegally registered LLC «Oskar Henichesk» under Russian jurisdiction in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast. He later similarly registered LLC «Dolphinarium Sun» in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Frolov became the director of both illegally created enterprises.
It is noted that in the Russian registers the founders of the occupation-era LLC «Oskar Henichesk» are listed as Russians Iryna Kalganova and Ruslan Alekseienko, as well as Ukrainian citizen Viktoriia Chekurda. The illegal LLC «Dolphinarium Sun» is registered to Kalganova and Ukrainian citizen Valeriia Chekurda.
The SBU established that Frolov acted on the instructions of Taras Chekurda and Iryna Kalganova.
In addition, Frolov established cooperation with the Russian JSC «Manufacturing firm “SKB Kontur”» from Yekaterinburg, which is under the sanctions of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine.
It is also known that from 2007 to 2021 Frolov was registered in Simferopol as an individual entrepreneur and provided photography services.
Dmytro Frolov has been charged in absentia with collaborationist activity (Part 4 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He faces up to five years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
