Almost immediately after the de-occupation of Kherson, the director of the Kherson City Dental Clinic, Viktoriya Khmilevska, handed the medical institution’s vehicle to her husband.
MOST received the order on the transfer of the vehicle dated November 18, 2022 from sources in the hospital.
By the same document she appointed volunteer Serhii Khmilevskyi responsible for the procurement and supply to the KNP Kherson City Dental Clinic of medicines, medical products and household goods.
What exactly the “volunteer” Khmilevskyi purchased for the medical facility that his wife led, and what he transported in the state vehicle, is not yet known.
But it is already clear that this order contains a corruption element.
Later, as MOST wrote, Viktoriya Khmilevska, upon becoming head of the Department of Health, lobbied for her husband’s appointment. The new director of the dental clinic, Yevhen Hnylytskyi, who was appointed on Viktoriya Khmilevska’s recommendation, hired Serhii Khmilevskyi as a modest auxiliary worker in the medical department. With a modest salary of 8 thousand hryvnias, but with a significant bonus. As malicious tongues say at the medical facility, this position fully granted the right to receive an exemption from mobilization.
