Deputy of the Suvorov District Council in Kherson Volodymyr Bilonozhkov purchased an apartment in Italy in July 2023.
This was revealed in his declaration.
The apartment has an area of 84 square meters. According to the declaration, the apartment’s value is 1 821 400 UAH.
The property is held in joint ownership by Volodymyr Bilonozhkov and his wife Svitlana.
Bilonozhkov also has two land plots in Kherson with areas of 8998 m2 and 1500 m2. He acquired them in 2012 and 2021. In addition, he owns seven cars, a bus, and two watercraft.
In 2022 he declared cash of 1 375 275 UAH, his wife had 535 000 UAH. In the declaration for last year those funds are no longer listed.
Recall, Volodymyr Bilonozhkov is the son of Oleksandr Bilonozhkov, who in 2022 controlled most of the funeral business in Kherson. Since 2002 he has been a signatory of LLC «ТПК СОЮЗ», which operates in the real estate sector. In 2010 he was elected as a deputy of the Kherson City Council from the «Party of Regions».
Since November 2020 Bilonozhkov has been a deputy of the Suvorov District Council of the 8th convocation, elected from the «Volodymyr Saldo Bloc» party. He is a member of the coordinating council and heads the standing commission on district affairs.
It was previously reported that a deputy of the Korabelnyi District Council last year purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee – its value in the declaration is lower than the market price.
