The Department of Implementation of Humanitarian Policy of the Kherson Regional State Administration ordered souvenir bracelets, forms and a banner for 18,545 hryvnias.
As indicated on Prozorro, the department conducted three procurements.
In particular, 20 logo bracelets were ordered for 10,400 UAH (price per unit – 520 UAH). The supplier is Mykolaiv entrepreneur Viktoriya Lapshyna. Similar bracelets had previously been ordered.
The department also ordered a banner worth 4,500 UAH. It was purchased from another Mykolaiv entrepreneur, Olha Bandura. The regional administration periodically orders flags from her.
According to the third contract, the regional administration department purchased 45 letters of appreciation and 45 honorary certificates for 3,645 UAH. The cost per unit is 40.50 UAH. The goods were ordered from the capital’s LLC “Center for the Provision of Ancillary Services”. According to the YouControl analytics system, the department also regularly orders letters of appreciation and certificates from this company.
