The Department for Civil Protection and Defense Work of the Kherson Regional State Administration purchased a batch of construction materials for defense needs.
As indicated on Prozorro, the department ordered 60 tons of construction materials for 3 098 880 hryvnias.
The justification states that the materials are being purchased for the construction of military engineering structures and fortifications, as well as for carrying out mobilization tasks and territorial defense. The procurement is conducted in response to urgent requests from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service, or law enforcement agencies. All goods will later be handed over directly to the inventory of the units that submitted the request and confirmed the urgency of this need.
From whom exactly the materials are being purchased – is unknown, because, as stated on Prozorro, all documents regarding this procurement, including the name of the supplier, will be published 90 days after the termination or cancellation of the martial law regime in Ukraine in accordance with para. 13, subpara. 21, Resolution No. 1178.
