All 25 Kherson Points of Invincibility have moved to 24/7 operation as of December 13, 2025.
Kherson residents who, as a result of the power outage in the city and most of the right-bank Kherson region, were left not only without electricity but also without heating and water, can come to any of these points to warm up, have tea or coffee with cookies, and, if necessary – work and even spend the night.
