Chornobaivska Village Council ordered a batch of souvenir clothing and accessories.
As indicated on Prozorro, the purchase was carried out without using the electronic system, by signing a direct contract with an entrepreneur from the Rivne region, Dmytro Klymchuk.
Klymchuk has been operating as a sole proprietor (FOP) since 2021. His main customer is the Chornobaivska village council, which over the last three years regularly buys souvenir products from him.
This time, he received an order for 100 men’s T-shirts at a price of 320 UAH each, 100 caps, and 50 cotton eco-bags for a total amount of 68,850 UAH.

Earlier we wrote that the Kherson City Council saved four times on the purchase of flags.
