Chornobaivska village council ordered repairs of the primary school in the village of Blahodatne for a total amount of 141 684 UAH.
As stated on Prozorro, the village council concluded an agreement with Kherson entrepreneur Oleksandr Nechytaylo, who has been engaged in construction and installation works since 2023.
According to the analytical system YouControl, Nechytaylo began receiving contracts in 2025. The vast majority of orders were from the Chornobaivska village council.
According to the signed contract, this time the contractor is to replace the old windows and doors with new energy-efficient metal-plastic ones. Since the windows and doors themselves are provided to him free of charge from the village council’s warehouse, the entrepreneur performs only installation and related works.
In addition, the builders must putty the window reveals, level them and paint them.
The construction debris generated during dismantling and installation must be collected and removed by the contractor himself.
The financing of this repair is fully covered by international aid from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
