As a result of an attack by the Defense Forces on the buildings in Shchaslyvtseve, where the occupying Federal Penitentiary Service is currently located, one of the agency’s employees was killed – Crimean native Oleksiy Stolyarov.
This was reported by IRS South.
According to the Russians, Stolyarov died when he allegedly tried to help wounded colleagues.
At least three strikes were carried out on the facility, after which a fire broke out. At the time of the attack, an official meeting of FSVP employees was taking place in the premises.
According to IRS South, Stolyarov was born in 1990 in the Kerch district, studied at the Kerch Economic-Humanitarian Institute, and at various times served in the Ukrainian army and police. After 2014 he remained in the territory of occupied Crimea, and in 2024 he signed a contract with the Russian penitentiary service and was sent to the Kherson direction.
Recall, the attack became known on June 30. The building that was hit by the AFU is an unfinished hospital in Shchaslyvtseve of Henichesk district, which the Russians turned into a prison.
