In Kherson, three people were wounded as a result of a morning attack, including a 17-year-old boy.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation, Russian forces attacked a residential building with a drone.
As noted by the Kherson City Military Administration, after the strike a 65-year-old woman, a 68-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy sought medical help for mine-explosive injuries, concussions and an acute stress reaction.
Regarding the attack, law enforcement opened a pre-trial investigation under the article on war crimes (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
