The occupiers shelled Kherson this morning. As a result, a 56-year-old man was wounded.
This was reported on Telegram by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
The man sustained an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to his leg.
His condition is of moderate severity, the report says.
