The Southern interregional territorial department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has begun consideration of cases regarding alleged collusion during firewood purchases conducted by the housing maintenance departments of Kherson and Mykolaiv.
This was reported by the Antimonopoly Committee.
It concerns possible collusion between two Mykolaiv entrepreneurs, Alona Krupska and Larysa Ten, during their joint participation in tenders held in 2025.
Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Alona Krupska — an entrepreneur from Mykolaiv, registered as an individual entrepreneur in February 2024 with the main type of activity “Wholesale trade of wood, building materials and sanitary-technical equipment”. Since October 2024 she began receiving contracts to supply timber for state institutions of the Mykolaiv region.
In November 2024 and February 2025 the Housing Maintenance Department of the city of Kherson concluded contracts with FOP Krupska for the supply of firewood. The total amount of the two procurements exceeded 11 million hryvnias.
FOP Larysa Ten is also from Mykolaiv. She has been engaged in entrepreneurial activity since 2022 and specializes in trading wood, building materials and sanitary-technical equipment. Since then she has received one order from the KEV of the city of Kherson worth 3.5 million hryvnias.
