A 32-year-old resident of the Kherson region was charged in absentia with collaborationist activity. In September 2022 he joined the so-called «precinct election commission» on the territory of the village of Dar’ivka, which facilitated the holding of a pseudo-referendum on the region’s accession to the Russian Federation.
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
While serving as part of the illegal «precinct election commission», he conducted door-to-door visits of community residents, campaigned to support «joining with the Russian Federation», and recorded those who placed the «required mark» on the illegal ballot.
