Two female lawyers from the Kherson region created an illegal bar association on the occupied left bank of the region.
This information is posted in Russian registers.
Thus, on March 10 under Russian legislation in Henichesk they registered the so-called Kherson Bar Association “Right to Protection” (HKA “Pravo na zashchitu”, – Rus.).
The head of the bar is listed as a lawyer from the city of Beryslav, Tetiana Shylina.
According to the NACP, previously Shylina worked as the head of the department for organizing the provision of free secondary legal aid and working with lawyers at the Beryslav Center for the Provision of Free Secondary Legal Aid, but in 2019 she resigned and began providing services as a lawyer, representing her clients’ interests in courts.
Also in 2020, together with her husband Yurii Shylin, who also worked as a lawyer, she created in Beryslav the TP “ET Agro Plus”, which, according to data from the YouControl business analytics system, is still active.
Another lawyer from Beryslav – Anastasia Tashkova – became a co-founder of the illegal bar.
From 2011 to 2020 Tashkova was registered as a sole proprietor (FOP) and provided legal consulting services.
The last time such services were ordered from her was by the Beryslav Center for the Provision of Free Secondary Legal Aid. Moreover, this took place already during the occupation of the city – in May 2022.
According to Russian registers, already by late 2022 Tashkova worked as the head of the occupation administration of labor and social policy of the so-called Beryslav district.
